Looks like he/she got spooked by the Red Rav4 and over corrected. Could be greasy but l ook at the road it seems dry to me. The darker parts are wet.

Also I don’t think there was a PT Cruiser. I see Wrangler, red Rav4,Silver Camry/corolla and possible Black Mazda 5

People forget that when you drive something with a tall center of gravity, that “ commanding view of the road” works against you in an emergency situation.
